• Specialized Services: Orthodontics (invisalign), periodontics (gum treatment), endodontics (root canal therapy), oral surgery (extractions), crowns for implants, and dentures.
• Adults (18+): Twice a year is generally recommended for cleanings and exams.
• Children: Early visits should be made by age 1 or within 6 months of the first tooth, then every 6 months thereafter.
• Older Adults: May need more frequent visits depending on oral health and chronic conditions.
• Special Cases: Individuals with gum disease, cavities, or other issues might need more frequent visits.
• You will likely complete some paperwork regarding medical history and insurance.
• Expect a comprehensive exam, which may include X-rays, a cleaning, and a discussion of any concerns.
• Oral hygiene education and a treatment plan may be provided based on findings.
• Our HICAPS machine instantly claims healthfund benefits on the spot (e.g., HCF, Bupa, THF, etc.) and the remainder is paid in full on the day of you appointment.
• For larger cases, we take a deposit upfront and the remainder upon completion of the case. Please ask us about various finance options if required.
• Some children are eligible for the Childrens Medicare Dental Benefits Scheme – please check with Medicare if your child is eligible
• Payment options include credit cards, care credit, payment plans, and financing for major procedures.
